Evaluate Permission Traces across Application Servers
Handle the default users and their initial passwords
All external services for cross-navigation are stored in the role menu in the GENERIC_OP_LINKS folder. In addition to this information, this folder also contains external services that represent the already mentioned area start pages and logical links. You can delete the latter, as these are duplicates from the other folders or non-relevant external services. Now, to set up correct permissions for the non-manageable external services in the GENERIC_OP_LINKS folder, you can identify the external services you need for your CRM business role and delete all other external services. However, as I said, there is a risk that too many external services will be deleted and cross-navigation or calling the saved searches will no longer work. It is better to move the GENERIC_OP_LINKS folder to a separate role.

Then you create a subroutine with the same name as the User-Exit definition and programme your customised checks (for example, for specific data constellations or permissions). Include the exit definition (UGALI) via the GGB0 transaction. You will need to call this transaction again to read the programmed exit and select it.
Use the authorisation route to identify proposed values for customer developments
Once you have logged in, the permissions associated with your user (via the user account) will be available. Each of your actions leads to the use of runtime versions of the corresponding objects. This also applies to every privilege and role. Runtime versions of rolls are not transportable in SAP HANA. However, in order to achieve a high quality in the development of your applications, you should use a system landscape with development system (DEV), quality assurance system (QAS) and productive system (PRD). To enable you to translate development results to QAD and PRD, SAP HANA Studio provides you with the opportunity to create objects in a (freely definable) Design Time Repository that you can provide and transport via Delivery Units to other systems.

Starting with SAP NetWeaver 7.31, the Security Audit Log enables the complete display of longer event parameters in messages. To do this, the maximum storage space for variables in messages has been increased to 2 GB. To play this extension, you need a kernel patch. For the fixes and an overview of the required support packages, see SAP Note 1819317.

Assigning a role for a limited period of time is done in seconds with "Shortcut for SAP systems" and allows you to quickly continue your go-live.

On the other hand, you can implement medium (3) and low (4) security advisories via support packages, which you should also include regularly.

The freeware Scribble Papers is a "note box" in which all kinds of data can be stored. It takes in typed texts as well as graphics and entire documents. The data is then organised in folders and pages.

In order to be able to execute subsequent SAP standard reports, you need authorizations to access certain programs or reports and in the area of role maintenance.
